Cross Country Camp

Week-long program to teach the fundamentals necessary for efficient running to have a successful season. The daily training program will be individually, and team guides. Break-out sessions will fully encompass the athlete’s potential in running. Sessions will include nutrition, gear, mantras, pace techniques, and power of stretching and rest.

This camp will meet the evenings of the week of July 22 from 5pm - 8pm.
