4 Sessions a Month


This is the once a week training option for a student-athlete. Sessions are scheduled for four consecutive weeks. Options start the week of November 4th and this program can be purchased up through November 18th. Sessions are Monday at 5:30 and Wednesdays at 4:30 at the Carrollton Lakeshore Track.

Training plans will be emailed upon the first training session with the athlete.
