Adult Training 4 Week Program


This is a twice a week training option for the adult athlete. Sessions are scheduled for four consecutive weeks. Sessions are Tuesday at 5 AM at the Central High School Track and Thursdays at the University of West Georgia Stadium.

This program is designed to make you faster as a runner and help you achieve new personal best in all your running events.
