* Seminar on Pre-hab & Rehab
* Seminar on Proper Fueling Pre-race, Race Day, & Post Race
* Seminar on Getting in the Zone for Competition
* Fun activities and games
* Benchmark trials

What to Bring: 
Running shoes…of course. Also, a towel, water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, and extra change of clothes just in case we get rained on. Add a hat for sunny days.
