Don’t just dream about the finish line—conquer it. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned veteran, the SoleRoots Coaches are here to bridge the gap between "I wish" and "I did."

Our program is built on three pillars: Accountability, Health, and Community. Forget the intimidation of training alone. Join our supportive group sessions every Tuesday and Thursday. Starting at 4:45 AM and 5:00 AM for running and 6 AM Thursdays for walking. Or opt for personalized one-on-one coaching to fine-tune your performance.

Fuel & Hydration Box

Athletes will receive monthly Fuel boxes valued at $20 during training.

VIP Experience

SoleRoots Athletes will get a zoned area to gather for pre-race and post-race needs. VIP area will keep all gear, stretching tools/aids, refreshments, and extra relaxing features you don’t want to miss out.

Long Run Day Socials

Take Saturday long runs and finish at SoleRoots Running Co for a polar plunge cool down and courtesy craft coffee or latte.

Registration to join this training program is open from May 1st through June 11th. Limited spots are available for half and relay training. Registration will close before June 11th IF all spots are full and paid.

Pricing:

  1. Early Bird registration May 1st through May 31st ($99 due May 10, June 8, July 6, August 3, August 31) includes: access to app with daily plan, Run Program Sessions Tuesday/Thursday mornings or Walk Program Session Thursday mornings with coach, 5 training boxes, VIP Race Day Experience, Cool Down Cafe & Long Run Saturday Sessions ($495 total, valued at $780)

  2. Standard registration June 1st through June 11th ($115 due June 12, July 13, August 10, August 31) includes: access to app with daily plan, Run Program Sessions Tuesday/Thursday mornings or Walk Program Session Thursday mornings with coach, 4 training boxes, VIP Race Day Experience, Cool Down Cafe & Long Run Saturday Sessions ($460 total, valued at $675)

  3. Can't commit to meeting but will follow the personalized training plan ALL VIRTUAL ($105 every 4 weeks starting any time in May or June 2026)
