Our goal is to get participants to the starting line well-trained, healthy, and knowledgable. We want you to be ready to take on race day and for you to do your best.
An idea of what training looks like includes a fully downloadable and individualized plan each week leading up to the event. Daily running, cross training and rest will be noted in this program. Group training will be offered in two ways, Tuesdays and Thursdays with two time options of 4:45 am or 5 am of each week to meet in person. There is also an option for one-on-one training outside of the group times once a week. During this time all those that are in the program will meet with our coaches in a central place and the coach will split time running your workout session for that day with each client. We use a customized coaching platform as a tool to write your individualized training plan. This platform allows us to create a plan specific to your running needs. All athletes go through a running assessment and through this assessment we can pinpoint target workouts and pace zones that suit your abilities. Sticking to the plan and trusting the process will allow you to run your best on race day. Talk with 12-year seasoning coach, Christin Woodard to learn more. Fuel & Hydration Box
Athletes will receive two Fuel boxes valued at $40 during training.
VIP Experience
SoleRoots Athletes will get a zoned area to gather for pre-race and post-race needs. VIP area will keep all gear, stretching tools/aids, refreshments, and extra relaxing features you don’t want to miss out.
Catered Pre-Race Meal
This dinner is open to SoleRoots athletes and their families. The meal will be catered and hosted locally at a Carrollton event venue.

Registration to join this training program is open from May 1st through June 10th. Limited spots are available for half and relay training. Registration will close before June 10th IF all spots are full and paid.
Pricing:
14 Week Training with 3 payment installments ($155 due June 10th, $150 due July 15th, $115 due August 15th) includes: access to app with daily plan, Tuesday and Thursday sessions with coach, 2 training boxes, VIP Race Day Experience, Pre-Race Meal ($420 total, valued at $670)
14 Week Training Program Monthly (payment monthly, $130 four times for 4-week cycles): access to app with daily plan, Tuesday and Thursday sessions with coach, 2 training boxes, VIP Race Day Experience, Pre-Race Meal ($130 every 4 weeks times four, valued at $670)
Can't commit to meeting but will follow the 14-week, personalized training plan ALL VIRTUAL ($110 every 4 weeks, valued at $400 total), fuel box included, VIP Experience and pre-race meal paid separate
